My place in the heart land is the home farm where us kids grew up and its a great place to relax and get away from the town life! It is special to me as we are surrouned by rolling hills and natural land forms its just really amazing to see in person!!!=) enjoy...
As he last of the sheep go through the boggy gate they see and hear the river and head straight for it to get a drink.
I ride my bike up the hill to make sure I hadn't left any sheep behind but all I can see around me is rolling hills for miles north south east and west its just so amazing.
Once I see this I no I am home and that this is my land.
I can smell the diary cows from next door. The water smashes at the rocks in the river and the long fresh green grass blows in the wind.
Its is so stunning to see these land forms around me.
I sit on the rocks and glance around, the land here is much better than the town we don't have cars around us 24\7 or the sirens in our ears and our closest neighbour is about 1km away from us unlike the city its only a meters away.
The land here is just amazing as I see the sun setting behind the hills I no I have to leave for home as I take my bike down the hill I wave goodbye to the rolling hills as they guide me home.
I no I am home as I can smell the chocolate biscuit in the kitchen waiting for me.
